Food is a necessity. But food is also an art, a font of creativity, a cultural marker, a communal joy. Food (or the lack thereof) has shaped the history and geography of our world. The search for spices, the demand for sugar, the seductiveness of chillis all led to the rise and fall of nations. But the search for new foods and flavors continue unabated today. As the world becomes smaller, dishes once unique to a given people or place are now known around the globe. If only one could taste these delectable global cuisines in all their authenticity! Alas, this is easier said than done. So here at Wisdomania, we want to bring you the next best thing - the knowledge and confidence to make these dishes for your loved ones right in your own home. How? By having ongoing classes taught by those who are not only expert in cooking, but also have had direct personal experience with the culture and cuisine they are teaching about. Our classes therefore are not just about making food, but rather exploring cuisines in a light-hearted and fun-filled environment....flavors, aromas, geography and history....Courses will cover international and regional cuisines geared to both novice and advanced food enthusiasts. All classes will have small groups (maximum enrollment of 10) with hands on cooking.  Plating. tasting and dining etiquette will also be a part of the learning process. 

Cooking classes - 1 or 2 day courses, each individually tailored to a specific theme/foods/cuisine, held on weekdays & repeated on weekends to facilitate classes for various schedules.
Since class sizes are limited, please contact us beforehand to ensure a spot. Once the seats are filled we will not be able to accommodate further students!!
