Well, here we are into the second week of jan already... this week tried my hand at Foccacia, a garlicky olive oil & herb slathered flat italian bread. It's been a while since I've made it. While the family liked and ate most of it, I'm not satisfied. A little too thick n dry, I need to experiment with the flour & water ratio. Next time, photos!
